Cathey Le Hudson
COO & Relationship Management
Cathey brings more than 18 years of experience in Client Relationship and Account Management; over 12 years specifically in the retirement plan industry to her dual role as the Chief Operating Officer and Relationship Manager. In her role, she continues to support NWK’s institutional clients on escalated matters, while managing internal processes that ensures the firm’s growth and delivery of efficient and elevated service.
Before coming to NWK Group, Cathey worked for Wells Fargo, Chase and most recently, Sequoia Consulting Group. At Sequoia, she was responsible for the overall client experience for their retirement division as the Director of 401(k) Client Services. She led the service team to deliver consistent and exceptional service to clients.
Cathey has her MBA with a focus on Finance from California State University, East Bay, and a BA in Economics & Communications from University of California, Santa Cruz.
In her spare time, Cathey voluntarily serves as a Program Committee member for the Western Pension and Benefits Council (WP&BC), San Francisco chapter. She also enjoys mothering a toddler daughter and pre-teen bonus son, and always looking forward to some kind of weekend get-away with her family for some snowboarding, camping, surfing and bonfires on the beach…and the occasional music festival!
